How it works

The address and its position come from National Address Register (June 2026): building point where the National Address Register has one; otherwise the street-segment (blockface) point, marked as approximate. Everything else is computed: the ward and area by which official outline contains the point, the zone by which zoning polygon it falls in, and what is nearby by straight-line distance between recorded positions. A point that sits on a boundary can fall either side of it, so the municipality’s own records govern; only a zoning certificate or a compliance letter from the municipality is binding.
