Representative of Gothic Revival style architecture including broken course cut stone construction, gable roof, returned eaves, moulded soffit with plain frieze, large stone on corners, wood addition, tall, four-over-four windows with stone sills and lintels, and a porch with a bellcast roof; Property includes old, fieldstone, structure; Contributes to the historic rural landscape of Halton Hills
