Opened in 1910 to compete with its next door neighbour, Barber Mills; Edward Fleck was manager and vice president of the mill from its founding until 1947; First building in Georgetown made of reinforced concrete construction; Large industrial building with flat roof, cement construction, loading docks, and large single pane windows; Linked to the historic industrial landscape around the Georgetown railway
