Why it is listed
Likely built by John McConnell, who lived there with his wife; The house was then purchased by Robert Denny, and after him Mrs. Andrew Lawson; Excellent example of Gothic Revival architecture including steeply pitched center gable with pointed window, window labels, and a wood porch addition
