What the status means

Inside a heritage conservation district designated under Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act. The district plan guides change in the district; the property is not individually designated.

Whether a specific alteration needs a heritage permit is the Town’s call; ask its heritage planning staff before starting work. The designating by-law (2005-0020) sets out what is protected; the Town can provide it.
