Fleck was manager and vice-president the coating paper mill on Rosetta Street from its founding in 1910 until 1947; Representative of Italianate style architecture including two storey brick constriction, hip roof with double, corbelled brick chimney, wood brackets, windows with brick voussoirs and stone sills, and two-storey front sunroom addition
