Originally owned by William Speight, an early settler of Acton; Representative of Gothic Revival – Queen Anne transition architecture including brick bay window, stone windowsills, wood porch with gingerbread bargeboard, and decorative brick details and brick banding; Contributes to the historic residential streetscape of Park Avenue
