Description
Good example of Edwardian style architecture; W.D. Harrison, a plasterer, constructed the home for his family, it was later owned by Acton Reeve, C.H. Harrison and was used as a residence by the Beardmore Company.

Designated individually under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act by a Town by-law. Altering the heritage attributes, or demolishing, needs the Town's consent.
