Why it is listed
Built by a member of the Kennedy family, the founding family of Georgetown; Representative of Regency style architecture including one-and-a-half storey construction, stone foundation, gable roof with two gable dormers, one-over-one segmentally arched windows with stone sills and dichrome brick labels, dichrome brick quoins, and front entry and rear addition; Contributes to the historic streetscape of Main Street
